Wrky delivers surveys to Employees in two different ways:
- Via the Wrky Android Mobile App
- Via Wrky Survey Emails
1. Wrky Mobile App
Where can I download the Wrky Android Mobile App?
- Most users can download the Public version of the App from the Google Play Store.
- Some users using a restricted Enterprise Managed Device must download the Enterprise version of the App from the Google Play Store.
Where can I download the Wrky iOS Mobile App?
- The Wrky iOS Mobile App can be downloaded from the iOS App Store.
Features include:
- Complete your surveys on the go.
- Give instant anonymous feedback to HR & Leadership about whatever is on your mind.
- Track progress and view a history of surveys completed.
- Receive notifications when you have new surveys assigned.
Having trouble signing up in your mobile app? Follow the steps below:
- Ensure that you are downloading the app on an Android device.
- Ensure that you have received your invite code via email.
- Your invite code is valid for 30 days so always make sure you are using the most recent one.
- Contact Support or your Administrator if you need a new invite code.
- Open the Wrky App and follow the Sign Up instructions inside the app.
2. Wrky Survey Emails
- If your organisation has enabled the delivery of surveys via email you should automatically receive your surveys in your Inbox.
- Just click the Start Survey button to open any assigned survey in your browser.
